I decided to make good use of the day and did all my Christmas baking.
I made 7 doz shortbread cookies,
 plus 1 reg size loaf of Christmas bread,
plus 1 reg size loaf of Christmas bread,2 doz choc chip cookies,
4 doz pecan puffs,

then they went into the freezer.

RECIPE FOR THE SHORTBREAD. EASY..
1lb of butter soft,
1 cup of icing sugar,
3 cups of flour,
1/2 cup of cornstarch.
wHIP FOR 10 MINUTES. DROP BY SPOON ON UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min.
melt in your mouth goodness...
